Own a real H100 or H200 from a live 500-GPU data center and earn its rental income from Physical AI teams. Robotics and Physical AI teams need dedicated GPUs running for days or weeks at a time, not spot instances that get pulled mid-training. They retrain all the time, so the need is daily. Today most of them wait for capacity on AWS or Google Cloud, or lock into expensive reserved contracts with GPU clouds. We already serve this from our 500-GPU site in Kazakhstan, for robotics startups and the Kazakhstan government. The second problem: people who want to own real AI infrastructure can only buy po
Each GPU in our live 500-GPU data center is an on-chain asset. You buy a specific machine (USDG, ETH, or $COMPUTE at 20% off, with a $500 $COMPUTE stake), and robotics teams rent it by the hour. About 45% of that rental income goes to you, and the GPU's utilization is published on-chain so you can check it. Sales fund growth from 500 to 2,000 GPUs.
io.net and Aethir run networks of GPUs owned by other operators. Holders get exposure to the whole network, not one machine. CoreWeave and Lambda own their hardware, but nobody outside can own any of it. AWS and Google Cloud are the default, but they are expensive and capacity is rationed. We own and operate our own facility: 500 GPUs live, 87% utilization, paying customers including a government, and a team on site 24/7 since 2023. An owner ho…
Funds raised go into growing the fleet and getting the on-chain ownership layer live: • 60%: GPU fleet expansion. Buying new H100 and H200 units, the first step from 500 toward our 2,000-GPU target. At current prices, every ~$27,500 adds one H100 that starts renting to robotics teams. • 12%: Smart contracts and third-party audit. Ownership, staking and yield-streaming contracts, audited before mainnet, with the reports published. • 8%: Legal and

This project hasn't opened its fundraise yet. When it does, it runs on a bonding curve: anyone can buy or sell from the first second, and the price rises as the curve fills. Follow it to know when it goes live.
Every fundraise on Lifto runs on a bonding curve on Robinhood Chain. You can buy or sell at any time; each trade moves the price along the curve. When the curve fills, the token graduates to an open market pool. Early tokens are very risky: only trade what you can afford to lose.
